30th Jan., 2016, Power Motor 2015 conclusion meeting is held in Power Motor Fenggang Industrial Park. Power Motor CEO Mr.Yan and the leadership members show up in the meeting.

Power Motor CEO, Mr. Yan makes a general conclusion of 2015 at the beginning of the meeting and brings higher requirements for all the employees in 2016 in all aspects. Meanwhile, 2016 new development policy also be putted forward, which are “Innovation, high-quality, Simplify, Services”.  The policy requires us to make the innovation in technical, manufacture and management etc.  We must improve the ability in R&D, technology and the Service Consciousness, so we can offer the customers better products and services.

The process of the meeting is through reviewing the past 2015, publishing the financial report, making the department job conclusion and planning for 2016. Department managers report the achievements their apartments have achieved in the past year and the shortcoming should be improved by self-criticism in the next year. Further, they also illustrate the work plan of 2016 in details to clarify their goal and show their determination.

Through this conclusion meeting, the relationships between each department have been reinforced and so does the understanding. Besides, the meeting set up a well basement for all the attendances to communicate and learn. The annual policy development policy points out the direction for each department.

In the following year, power people will be united together and fight for the common goal.
