Compact Meat Mincer DC Gearbox Motor Solution

The meat mincer is the process of meat processing, in which raw meat is processed according to different requirements, granular meat fillings of different specifications so that it can be ample mixed with other auxiliary materials to meet the needs of different products.

The meat mincer is a series of products; it uses the shearing action formed by the rotating cutting blade and the perforation blade on the orifice to cut the raw meat, and under the action of the screw extrusion force, continuously discharge the raw materials out of the machine. According to the material properties and processing requirements, the corresponding cutters and orifice plates can deploy to process particles of different sizes to meet the process requirements of the next process.

At present, most of the motors used in meat grinders on the market use series-excited motors with gearboxes. The advantage is that the structure of the motor is relatively simple and the production process is relatively mature.

1. The problems of household meat mincer using a AC universal motor with a gearbox are as follows:

• Because the speed of the series motor is relatively high and the reduction ratio of the gearbox is too large, the noise is relatively large. Under normal use, the noise value at the position of the large operator reaches more than 85dB. Will feel uncomfortable. 

• It can only use a fixed speed gear, and the speed control function is relatively weak so that there are fewer application scenarios. 

• The power is relatively low, the maximum power of ordinary models is 800~1000W
